Dock One is a four-hectare waterfront development with a residential precinct surrounded by activated ground floor spaces, and a public promenade on the waterfront.

Shape Architects worked closely with partners in its role as delivery architect, responsible for attaining building approval for four Stages within the new development for a total of 73 homes. We also provided construction assistance during the build process.
